CCNS Viewshed game
Please have a look at the viewshed Lower Cape Viewshed Analysis.
The viewshed seem to focus mostly on the ocean. I happened to be at Marconi Station 2 years ago and remember just being in awe of the view looking north. That happens to not be included even though it contain prime viewing of dunes, ocean, traditional cottages and lots of woods. The views from Marconi are only east/west...no looking up the coast from that National Monument! It also happens to be where a 400 foot tower with blades as big a 747 airplane is be planned to be built. Big parts of the CCNS appear to not be worth of their current park status.
Could it be that purpose of this document is only to allow prime areas to be used for Wind Turbines? Please ask your town representative, why would an area that is one of the prime vistas in Wellfleet is not considered of interest.
